Day 4&5 Munich

We are having some problems loading photos, so I'm hoping that the blogger fairy at home can work some magic for me. In the meantime we have posted some photos on Facebook and Twitter.
The journey from Dusseldorf to Munich was our longest drive of the trip approx 7 hours with stops. We had the air con working full blast (both windows were open) and I ended up with the 'bus drivers arm' (right arm bright red).
Munich has been good, but very hot 34°+. We have done the touristy Hofbrauhaus and had plenty of white sausage (not a euphemism) and sauerkraut.

Today we visited the Allianz Arena, I was suitably attired in my Owls T-shirt and Bob in his bull rum outfit (at least I think that's what it was)! It was a really good tour led by  someone who had a real passion for football.
We bumped into various Bayern players on our travels and even Pep made an appearance (check out the photos on Facebook) but to be honest they will need to up their game if they are to make an appearance for either of the Steel City clubs!
On our return to the city we visited the Augustina Braustuben and Augustina Keller much more what we imagined Munich and the beer gardens to be like.
Thats Germany done, Tuesday must be Austria and the sound of music tour. Bob has his outfit ready and we have done a couple of renditions of climb every mountain in the beer gardens tonight. Roll on Salzburg and fingers crossed the weather continues.
